Our boat is a 45 '
fiberglass Ketch (2 masts sailing ship), super safe and
comfortable, designed for open sea cruises. On deck we have plenty of space to
relax in the sun, or in the central cockpit, with ample space for at least 10 passengers
in the shade.
Internally we have a wide living room with “U” shaped sofa, a table for 8 people,
kitchen completes with a 4 burner stove, refrigerator and box of ice, 4 cabins, 1 in
suite and one bathroom and a navigation table where we have all the instruments
and necessary nautical charts.
The ship sails with Genoa, Mainsail and Mizzen and also has a Mercedes Benz
engine that allows us to cruise at 7 knots. The fuel tank holds 600 liters that gives us
autonomy of one week navigating day and night. We hold 1200 liters of fresh water
that guarantees some days of tranquility of consumption for the crew. We also have
a ship support inflatable dingy with an outboard motor, used for disembarkation on
the beaches or islands.
The crew is Reinaldo, Brazilian, and Bernadette, German. We have 12 year of
experience navigating in the Bay of the Ilha Grande and also on the coast of
Brazil, Turkey and in the Caribbean. We are headquartered in Paraty, in the Marina do
Engenho that belongs to the navigator Amyr Klink. We speak English, German and Spanish, as well as Portuguese.
Our services on board include, besides a great “caipirinha” made by Bernadette
(!!!), full pension i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner served aboard or half pension, with
one of the meals on the islands. You also have the option of to bring your own food
and drinks aboard and to use our kitchen to prepare your meals.
We offered any help in the organization of transfers, terrestrial support, purchase of
groceries and other necessary services.
We hoped to receive you on Leoa Louca (Crazy Lioness) for a cruise and to give us
the opportunity to show you a little of our paradise.
