Open on December 27, 2003 by French Chef Yves Lepide, Le Castellet is the first French crepe house in Paraty. Installed in a XVIII century colonial house and decorated in Provencal style by the Chef. 

Before tasting the salted and sweet crepes, you can watch them being prepared with a combinations of high quality ingredients.
