Trindade A hippy hangout in the 60's,
today Trindade is one of the liveliest beaches in Paraty.
With a full range of activities you can choose from serious
surfing to calm natural pools for the children....

São
Gonçalo Just 30 km from town, São Gonçalo
offers a large beach of fine white sand, beach bars for liquid
refreshment and snacks and (sometimes) attractions like kayaks
and banana boat rides
Sono
e Antigos Most certainly one of the most
beautiful beaches of Paraty! A two hour hike through the forest
brings you to a placid fishing village perfect for a day
of rest!
Jabaquara The medicinal mud is the big
attraction of this beach which is where the "Bloco da
Lama" (mud block) carnival group meets. It is the closest
beach to town where you can take a dip.
Paraty-Mirim
The village of Paraty-Mirim was an important
commercial port in the past. Today you can see the oldest church
in the area, Igreja Nossa Senhora da Conceição.
It is an Indian reservation and has bars,
restaurants and small inns. The access is via a dirt road.
